Knowledge of the Civil War:
1. Understand factors in Antebellum America (e.g., sectionalism, slavery, economy) that led to the Civil War.
2. Understand aspects of the political, social, and military history of the Civil War.
Reading/Historical Thinking Targets: Read primary and secondary sources to develop an understanding of historical events or issues.
