ADISL
JERSEY ORDER
For a limited time, The Rinks will be sponsoring Custom Sublimated Jerseys for every
team in the ADISL, consisting of one Home and one Away Jersey for each player.
Graduating Seniors or Exiting Players have the option to Purchase the Set for $50.
All other players “Pure and Combo” must return jerseys at the end of the season.
Team Managers must retain jerseys in the off season or submit to their home rink.
Teams may submit their custom artwork for their jerseys to the ADISL Board and Rink Management for Approval. If a School
Team does not have artwork the rink can supply artwork to choose from and the School Team will submit their School Colors and
Mascot. Combo Teams will be supplied with Ducks Colored & Striped Jerseys that have the ADISL Logo as the Crest. All Combo
Jerseys will be returned to the home rink. If jerseys are prematurely lost or damaged they will need to be replaced at the Players
Expense of $80 per Jersey.
It will be the Responsibility of the Team Managers to collect ALL Jerseys and retain during the off season. If possible Returning
Players will be reunited with their jersey from the previous season. A Graduating Senior or Exiting Player may purchase their jerseys
at the cost of $50 for the set. They must call The Rinks Irvine Inline at (949) 559-9949 and submit payment for the jerseys via
credit card.
Jerseys will be ordered when the Team Pays the First Installment of their League Fee.

The Rinks organization is pleased to announce that they have committed to purchasing jerseys for the ADISL Program. By participating in the
ADISL, you accept these terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.
COPYRIGHT
All content included within the jerseys, such as text, graphics, and logos, is the property of ADISL or The Rinks or its content suppliers, and
respective Scholastic Team/Club and protected by international copyright laws.
TRADE MARKS
ADISL and The Rinks trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ADISL and The Rinks, in any manner that is
likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits ADISL and The Rinks. All other trademarks not owned by
ADISL and The Rinks or its subsidiaries that appear on the jerseys are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with,
connected to, or sponsored by ADISL and The Rinks or its subsidiaries.
RISK OF LOSS
By participating in the ADISL you accept the responsibility of the limited use of the jerseys provided and will be held accountable for loss, damage,
or theft of the jerseys.
Any jersey that needs to be replaced for any reason will incur a replacement penalty fee. The penalized fee to replace the jersey is $80 per jersey.
If a participant fails to pay the fee to replace the jersey, it will be the responsibility of the Team/Club.
JERSEY PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Anaheim Ducks are in commitment to purchase jerseys for the ADISL. The jerseys, while in use, will be the property of The Rinks. ADISL Pure
Teams will be permitted to submit their own custom artwork or choose from provided artwork and submit their school colors and mascot for jersey
design. All artwork MUST be approved by Rink Management. All jerseys will be designed with a Ducks Logo on the Right Shoulder and an ADISL
Jersey on the Left Shoulder. If a team is unable to provide artwork, several stock options will be made available.
Jerseys must be returned at the conclusion of every season and will be the responsibility of the Team manager to collect and inventory the jerseys.
During the off season a returning manager will be permitted to retain the jerseys or submit to their Home Rink.
Players returning the following season will have the opportunity to reclaim their previous season jersey.
If a player does not return the following season a new incoming player will be appointed the jersey.
COMBO TEAMS
Combo Teams will have the same guidelines with the exception of the artwork provided. ALL Combo Team Designs will have the Ducks Striped
and Colored Jerseys with an ADISL Logo Crest.
Combo Team Jerseys must be returned to the home rink of the player.
JERSEY SUCCESSION
If a Graduating Senior or Exiting Player would like to purchase their jersey at the conclusion of the ADISL Season, they may do so at the cost of $50
for the set. ONLY Graduating Seniors or Exiting Players will have the option to purchase their jersey. Purchased Jerseys must be paid for prior to
the completion of the ADISL Season. Payments for jerseys will be accepted at The Rinks Irvine Inline. (949) 559-9949.
Exiting Players are defined as: A player that is currently enrolled in a school and is playing on a Pure Team, as defined in the ADISL rules, finds
themselves leaving the school to attend a new school.
