Use of radiological, and nuclear medicine techniques for investigation of the GI tract, Histology and microbiology of the GI tract, Nutrition, Intestinal failure and obesity. Endoscopy & ERCP. Lower GI Tract;- Anatomy and physiology, Radiological investigation including barium, transit studies, proctograms and Ultrasound imaging. Pelvic floor dysfunction including urodynamics, sacral nerve stimulation, and pelvic floor retraining techniques (Biofeedback) for the investigation and treatment of constipation and incontinence. It is anticipated that participants will all be employed within the relevant sector of the Health Services. Fees. The course fee of £495 covers tuition, examinations and certification (where required) but not travel and accommodation. Day fees are £110 (£55per half day).
