Please complete the Senior Questionnaire completely and carefully. The information you
provide will be used in your letter of recommendation for college. You may download the form
and type your answers. This form can be found on the Northwood website, under “Counseling”
in the “Seniors” section. If you would like to write you answers, please make sure that your
writing is legible.
As you start your college research you should have at least one school from each category:
1. One “Reach” school, which means it would be a stretch for you to be admitted (based on
their minimum GPA and SAT/ACT requirements) but you would like to try because it
is a dream school or the school offers the area of interest you want to pursue.
2. One “Realistic or 50/50” school, which means based on their minimum GPA and
SAT/ACT requirements you are a solid match and this school offers the area of interest
you want to pursue.
3. One “Safety” school, which means this school you will most definitely be admitted to.
This school is probably not at the top of your list, but it will be an option you have in
case your other choices do not work out. This school also offers the area of interest you
would like to pursue.
