Outcome 3 Demonstrate knowledge of productivity targets and culling of deer. Evidence requirements 3.1 Productivity targets and culling are described in terms of livestock farming practice. 3.2 Culling to improve productivity targets is described in terms of its influence on deer breeding. 3.3 The number of replacements needed is calculated from productivity targets and culling figures.
