Most funders and commissioners request information on organisations’ anti-discriminatory practices. This training enables participants to identify attitudes, practices and procedures which act as barriers to the full inclusion of disabled people and to implement disability equality across all areas of operation. For the last ten years she has worked specifically in disability organisations and is currently Deputy Director of Disability Action in the Borough of Barnet.
