Position Title: Sales Professional "Program Advisor"
Manager’s Position: Director of Sales
Result Statement
To acquire long term, quality clients by developing and converting qualified leads through the
execution of a challenging, caring and competent sales process.
Tactical Work Listing
1. Work as an individual contributor in a collaborative team environment.
2. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients by telephone and email to qualify
leads, perform needs assessment, explore solutions and recommend products and
convert opportunities into sales.
3. Field inbound inquiries to qualify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
4. Manage sales pipeline activities to move prospects through the sales conversion
process.
5. Keep current through training on all E-Myth offerings in order to better assist the
prospect with the best product/program match and value to meet their needs.
6. Enter and maintains client data in computer database – CRM.
7. Build and maintain client relationships.
8. Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
9. Address concerns, doubts, and hesitation with prospects to help them move forward in
the sales process.
10. Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of
the client with the needs of the company.
11. Attend weekly Sales meetings to discuss concerns and make suggestions.
12. Work with other Sales staff when necessary, to help them in successfully completing a
sale.
13. Work with the Coaching department when necessary, to help transition and secure the
success of a sale.
14. Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Standards
Position Specific:
1. Respond to all leads either through email or phone within 24 hours.
2. Outreach to each lead, a minimum of three (3) times, within the first two (2) weeks of
their assignment.
3. Sell a minimum of two (2) Individual, Group, or Corporate Mastery programs per
week.
4. Adequately prepare new clients for E-Myth’s dynamic and rigorous curriculum by
introducing them to E-Myth’s Point of View and ensuring their subscription to it.
5. Vetting all prospects for ability to meet financial commitments with E-Myth, capacity
for spending an hour per day working on their business, and eliciting their commitment
to change themselves and the way they do business.
6. Convert leads above 150k GAR at a minimum rate of 12%.
7. Conduct a minimum of eight (8) Business Consultations per week.
8. Send a minimum of four (4) Mastery agreements per week to prospects.
9. Engage each E-Myth prospect with caring, professional, and highly responsive
customer service.
10. Treat fellow Program Advisors with the same respect, caring, and professionalism
shown to our customers.
11. Be willing to adapt to new techniques, technologies, and sales best practices.
12. Provide in-depth, and exhaustive notes to the coach to facilitate a seamless, and
informed transition between sales and delivery.
13. Submit coach’s notes within one (1) hour of reception of client agreement.
14. Follow up with clients every three months to ensure ongoing satisfaction with E-Myth
Mastery and provide a secondary channel of communication between the client and EMyth.
15. Secure a minimum of three (3) referrals per month.

Standards
Companywide:
1. All work will be performed in accordance with all government laws, regulations,
ordinances, and court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the company operates.
2. All routine work will be documented in an operations manual. The information
included in the operations manual is proprietary.
3. All work will be performed according to company policies and standards inherent in all
position agreements, system action plans, employee manuals, ongoing policy
memoranda, and facilities and dress codes.
4. Client and company information will be held as strictly confidential outside the
company.
5. All telephone calls, both internal and external, will be returned within one business day
and within two hours whenever possible.
6. Manager will be notified in an exception report of any issues to be resolved or
deadlines that cannot be met by reporting person, prior to the due date.
7. All innovation will be quantified, tested, and improved, then documented for routine
implementation (i.e. well orchestrated once proven).
8. Problems with any system must be brought to the attention of manager in an exception
report so the system can be improved, within the structure of the operations manual.
9. All policy memoranda indicating changes in policy and/or procedure will be stored in
each employee’s operations manual, until the time an updated procedure is provided.
10. Employees will provide staff assistance as requested; each employee may be asked
from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
11. All business communications, whether verbal, visual, or written, whether for internal
or external use, will be professional in tone and content and in accordance with
applicable and existing company policies and standards.
12. Employees will respect each other’s time, space and need for concentration.
Socializing and interruptions must not impede workflow.
13. Employees will have weekly, regularly-scheduled meetings with their manager.
14. Employees are encouraged to recommend ideas for the improvement of their
department and position that are consistent with the company’s Strategic Objective.
