teaching and research staff of the University to the relevant Head of School for approval.
Please refer to the Guidelines for Externally Funded Projects and the Process for the Approval of Externally Funded Projects
prior to completing this form.
Please supply background documents for the proposal/application when you submit this form for approval.
It is essential that you allow sufficient time for processing by the Office of Research and Innovation (three working days
after endorsement by the relevant Head of School and Pro Vice Chancellor).
