TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT
Copyright to the above work (including without limitation, the right to publish the work in whole
or in part in any and all forms of media, now or hereafter known) is hereby transferred to the
journal of Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing effective as of the
date of this agreement on the under- standing that the work has been accepted for publication by
Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing.
However, each of the authors reserves the following:
(1) All Proprietary right other than copyright (and the publication rights transferred to
Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing), such as patent right.
(2) The right to use in future works of the author's own, such as articles or books, all or part of
this paper with acknowledgement to Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language
Processing, and also with prior notice Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language
Processing if the use is for direct commercial advantage.
This form must be signed by the author or, in the case of a "work made for hire”, by the
employer and must be received by the Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language
Processing before processing of the manuscript for publication can be completed. Authors
should understand that consistent with Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language
Processing policy of encouraging dissemination of information each published paper will appear
