SORTING
THE
WASTE
Translation of information found on the IVAGO-website

Dear student,
As you all know, we have a specific way of collecting
and sorting our garbage.
Here is some more information on this topic.
Please do your waste collection as explained in this note!
Your waste can always be refused or you can even get a fine!
Also keep in mind that you have to put the waste outside in
time!
Everyone likes a clean room, house and city!
And try to remember:
No waste is the best waste!!!
* As some of you are only staying for a couple of months it might be interesting to buy a package
with bags together with other students. You can buy them at supermarkets.

GREEN WASTE
A large proportion of household waste consists of organic
material. Remains of vegetables and fruits, cut flowers, tea, coffee
grounds, ... do not belong to the garbage. We can handle it better
to be a useful and environmentally friendly product: compost. So
they are collected separately and to an industrial composting plant
conducted.
(In the city, a lot of people don’t have a separate green waste
container, so they put it with the rest waste)
