This template is for large grants amounts over £3,000 (Average Grant awarded is between
£3,000 and £5,000).
Please read the Application Guidelines prior to completing an application.
Please answer all questions and prepare your application on a maximum of 8/9 pages of A4
sized paper.

Youth.

Please state your charitable status and number.
8.
The name of the organisation to which the grant should be paid (account name).

The up-to-date bank details of your organisation (name and address of bank/building
society, account number and sort code).

Proposed start and completion dates.

Grant requested from CAFOD (£0.00).

Your application must be signed by either the Chair of the management committee or
support group or the Director/leader (as applicable) to indicate support for the
project/programme. This is a requirement for reporting and accounting procedures
within CAFOD. CAFOD will not accept applications signed by individuals who are
direct beneficiaries of the grant).
