The Undersigned (“Partner”) hereby agrees to provide financial support to
the FPA of Southern Wisconsin (the Chapter”). In consideration for
Partner’s support, the Chapter agrees to provide the Partner with the
benefits of the selected partnership program as listed on the sheet:
Partnership Program for 2012.
Partner hereby agrees to the following conditions with respect to its
participation in, and partnership of, the Chapter, and the Partner’s rights to
present its products and/or services to the Chapter's members:
1. Partner agrees to pay the partner invoice by check made payable to "FPA of Southern
Wisconsin" and send to David Dewey, director of Partnerships, within 2 weeks of this
agreement. If payment is not received by this date, the Chapter will have the right to
contract with another partner.
2. As included in the partnership package above, Platinum and Gold Partners may submit (new)
¼ page ads for use in the Chapter Quarterly newsletter to Karen Hendrickson, Executive
Director, by the 15th of the month prior to publication (e.g. April 15 for May newsletter).
Schedule to be provided. If a (new) ad is not received by that time, the Partner agrees to
permit the Chapter to use the most recent Partner ad the Chapter has on file.
3. Partner will uphold the high standards and professional image of the FPA and at all times, act
within the context and spirit of the Association’s Code of Ethics.
4. The Chapter reserves the right to remove any person or company from the meeting area who
is interfering with the operation of the meeting.
5. Partner will not assign, sublet, or in any other way transfer its rights under this agreement
without the express written consent of a member of the Chapter's Board of Directors.
6. The Chapter expressly disclaims all liability, express or implied, for the truth or legality of
claims and statements made by Partner or Partner's representatives, regardless of whether
such claims or statements are made orally or in writing or whether such claims and
statements are made in the context of the Partner's oral or visual presentation, in private
conversations, or in written material provided to members or other attendees. Partner hereby
expressly holds the Chapter, its directors, officers, and members harmless from any and all

such claims and agrees to pay the cost of the defending against any such claims as such
costs are incurred and presented.
7. The Chapter, its members, representatives, officers, directors, and employees will not be
responsible for any injury to Partner's representatives, employees, affiliated personnel,
invitees, nor for any loss or damage to Partner's property from any cause whatsoever, prior,
during, or subsequent to meetings. Partner hereby expressly holds the Chapter, its directors,
officers, and members harmless from any and all such claims of injury, loss, or damage and
agrees to pay the cost of defending against any such claims as such costs are incurred and
presented.
8. The Partner will abide by the Chapter privacy policy.
And, regarding meetings that the Partner will be presenting, displaying and
attending:
9. Signs should be professional, modest in size, and contain no reference to compensation.
10. Products and services presented or exhibited by Partner should be directly related to financial
planning in at least one of the following categories:
 Financial products or services intended for use by financial planning clients
 Products or services directed to financial planners as end users
 Professional relationships with financial planners
11. Platinum/Gold Partner will speak at the ____________, 2012 meeting.
Partner hereby agrees to abide by the conditions set forth in this agreement, the
Privacy Policy, and the attached Partnership Program for 2011 sheet.

□ $4500 for the Platinum Level Partnership if you are a returning Partner
