Accommodation in a cottage is designed for a of 6 adults and 2 juniors up to 15 years
(Junior beds) and two children up to 4 years of age (infant beds). It is ideal for families,
winter or summer holidays or vacation in the heart of Wallachia. The cottage has a fully
equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, living room with
TV and indoor fireplace, radio, CD and DVD-player, sofa, detached wood-fired sauna,
terrace and storage room for skis and bicycles. Outside, guests gazebo with outdoor
fireplace and grill. Nearby is flowing mountain stream (Hornorozpitský), whose pleasant
noise calms tattered nerves and relieves stress.
Equipment Cottage for rent. Groung plan 8 x 4m with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2
bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, (hardware: Hot water - 80 liter electric water heater,

indoor fireplace, radio with CD and DVD-player, detached wood-fired sauna, terrace and
storage room for skis and bicycles. Outside, guests gazebo with outdoor fireplace and
grill.

sunny location above the murmur of the brook, and offers a breathtaking view through the
valley of Horni Rozpite and the surrounding mountain slopes. Shower (1), TV in the

fireplace, detached wood-fired sauna, large and flat garden for relaxing (about 2000 m2),
outdoor fireplace / grill, swing , sandpit.

classic.
Excursions: hiking trails lead directly from the cottage, in the area of over 10 mountain

Price
7 days € 500. 2 nights € 200 minimum. The price includes use of water, heating
(firewood in Cottage store and on the 2nd floor is electric, accumulator stove), bed
linen, towels and kitchen towels and equiped by electrical appliances (no extra charge for
energies)
Additionally Available year round. Food shop nearby - max 1 km. Restaurant - cafe about 1 km.
Various retail shopping centers in Rožnov p.R. : Billa, Lidl, Albert, etc. about 7 km.
Can be reached by car directly to the house, in summer and winter too. (See photo).
Lack of TV signal. GSM signal is limited. (You need to catch the waves)
The required standard - "human" cleaning after visiting or financial redress.
