We operate on a first come first served basis so arrive as close to 9am as possible. After they arrive how long will my patient expect to wait? It will vary day to day depending on how many patients need to be seen. Please expect to be at the BHI all morning. Should they bring anything along? Please bring this form, a list of current medications and a recent ECG if available. What will happen to the patient? They will be reviewed by one of the cardiac team and referred for further tests depending on clinical need. These will usually require a return appointment.
