Pioneer Friends For Agriculture Scholarship
Guidelines
1. APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED AND SENT TO THE SCHOLARSHIP
COMMITTEE BY Feb. 16, 2015. 10 points will be deducted for late applications. No
applications will be accepted 1 week after application deadline.

2. Applicants must be currently enrolled in the Pioneer Agriculture program or have
completed an agricultural major in the Pioneer Agriculture program.
3. Applicants will be required to attend a personal interview on
__________________.
4. Amount to be awarded will be determined at a later date, but no later than high
school commencement.
5. Scholarship payable at 1st semester of 2nd year after high school graduation upon
receipt of proof of college enrollment OR payable upon completion of a 1 year
technical school upon receipt of proof of graduation.
6. Must attend the FFA banquet.
7. Applicants must enroll for first year of college no later than the 1st semester of the
2nd year following high school graduation for scholarship to be paid. Redemption of
scholarship is required within three years of graduation.
8. Application must be typed.
9. Include a transcript with the application. Give a copy of your transcript to an
agriculture teacher. Please highlight all Agriculture Program classes taken.
10. You may obtain the application from one of the agriculture teachers.
