Eligibility and Documentary Requirements




Enrolled at BSU
Poor but deserving student
No other scholarship
Submit application form to TCC & the following supporting
documents:
a. Parent’s income tax return of the preceding year
b. NSO authenticated birth cert.
c. Copy of grades for the previous semester, if applicable
d. Cert. of good moral character from the University
e. Cert. of Indigency from the brgy. Where the applicant resides
f. Letter of intent addressed to TCC
