Facility Rental and Pricing Information
Rent the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center for your upcoming event. Host a birthday party, anniversary party,
movie premiere, wedding, rehearsal dinner, or other community or family event. You can rent a portion of the
facility or the entire building, whatever best fits your needs. Would you like to schedule a tour or book your

Weekend rentals are five hours, plus one hour for setup prior and one hour for cleanup afterwards.
Times on the contract indicate what time the actual event begins and ends. Deposits are non refundable, but may
be transferred to a new rental date based on availability. Remaining balance is due three days prior to the event
unless other arrangements have been made with the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center.
Theater rental includes: One 6' table and two black chairs at the entry way. You may use the house popcorn
machine, but you must provide the popcorn to use in it. Theater seats up to 130 people. You may provide snacks
for your guests like canned sodas, popcorn or candy. Cost includes one equipment technician and one on-site
event manager that will be present to help you manage the event. The upper marquee may be used to promote or
customize your event.
Loft rental includes: Six 8'x30" tables, 20 house chairs (yellow, brown and orange), three metal room dividers,
and vintage bench. Kitchen area includes a small sink, residential size refrigerator and a small counter top for
food preparation. Cost includes one on-site event manager that will be present to help you manage the event.
The lower marquee may be used to promote or customize your event.
**Gallery rental includes two 8' x 30" long tables and piano. Gallery may not be available during some weeks
due to elaborate pieces of art that may be on display. Cost includes one on-site event manager that will be
present to help you manage the event.
*Loft only option will be quoted only if the theater has not been booked at the same time that a separate event
would take place in the loft with a second party.
FOOD AND CATERING
You may bring in whatever food or catering you wish for your event. If you need assistance locating a caterer or
restaurant to help you with the food, we have enclosed a list of local companies that we recommend.
BEVERAGES AND ALCOHOL
You may bring in your own sodas, beverages and alcohol for your event. If you need ice, please let your event
manager know and we will have ice boxes provided for you. We have two large metal washtubs that you may
use to ice down and serve your beverages. Please be sure to obey all local laws regarding alcohol consumption
and serving. Guests must remain in the building when consuming alcoholic beverages and may not take open
containers outdoors. To protect you from liability and for the safety of your guests, we recommend a licensed
bartending service, like Epitome Bartending, that can provide all the alcohol, mixers, garnishes, cups, bartender,
and obtain all the permits and licenses your party will need.
ADDITIONAL RENTALS
The Sharonville Cultural Arts Center has partnered with The Alleen Company to provide you with additional
rental options for your event. Pricing for the most common items requested are listed below. Coordination of all
supplemental rentals must go through the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center unless otherwise approved by the
Board of Directors. Custom floor plans for your event will be drawn up for you after the final walkthrough one
week prior to your event.
