Keystone Community Living, Inc. is an agency that provides services and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our corporate office is located in South Plainfield, NJ and we have programs throughout Somerset, Middlesex and Monmouth counties and are rapidly expanding. We are currently looking for the right candidate to join our family as a Residential Program Director. He or she will be responsible for making certain Keystone’s Mission is accomplished in all his or her assigned programs. He or she will report directly to the Director of Operations. Job Duties: Directly supervise, maintain and enhance quality of assigned program managers and corresponding programs. Maintains full licensure in all programs he or she supervises. Regularly reviews the critical log and medical records in each program he or she supervises to assure appropriate staff communication and staff follow through are maintained in all areas. Maintains current certification in CPR, First Aid and any other training’s assigned by the Director of Operations or Assistant Executive Director. Active participant in the IHP process Makes certain all programs he or she supervises are maintained in a normalized, home-like manner and that all repair, safety, and maintenance needs are reported and repaired Assures the proper maintenance of all Keystone assets contained in programs he or she supervises including but not limited to vehicles, furniture, and supplies. Professionally completes all assigned paperwork and correspondence in a timely manner. Cooperates with the licensee (Keystone) and staff from the Department of Human Services during any inspection or investigation. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Requirements: Minimum Requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Special Education, Psychology or related field. 2+ years of experience in Human Services Proven Leadership and Supervisory Skills A Positive and Enthusiastic Leader Possesses a Driver’s License that is Valid in New Jersey Acceptance and Understanding of Keystone’s Philosophy & Mission Superior Verbal and Written Expression Ability to Successfully Complete the Interview and Reference Process Keystone Community Living, Inc. has been serving peoples with developmental disabilities and their families in Somerset, Middlesex and Monmouth counties for over 30 years.
