Court, Heard him, He says that he was transferred to BKN PS and
joined there on 11.06.2015 from Bagdogra PS, After that nobody
informed him about the matter and action taken by O/C Bagdogra to
inform the I.O of the Case about the order of Ld. Court, Dtd
12.06.2015 and 20.06.2015.The officer says he is sending the CD
today, He is warned and directed to obey the order of Ld. Court

Smt. Sarita Pariyar, Inspector of Police, SB, SMP, Siliguri
formerly O/C, Women PS, SMP, Siliguri, met an accident on
26.01.2015 at about 08.00 hrs near Jhankar More, Burdwan Road,
Siliguri when she was coming by availing Govt. hired vehicle bearing
No. WB-73- A/ 8617 to attend the Parade on the occasion of Republic
Day as per order at Mallaguri Police Line. As a result of which she
sustained / received multiple severe scalp injuries with profuse
bleeding in her head 7 shoulder as well as throughout her body vide
Siliguri women PS GDE No. 546 Dtd 26.01.2015. Accordingly, she
was admitted immediately at Paramount Hospital Pvt. Ltd., multi
Specialty Hospital, Mangal Pandey Road, Khalpara, Siliguri under Dr.
Sajal Biswas, MS, MCh. And dr. Amal Basak, MS, Orthopedic
Surgeon and under gone an operation on the same day.
After through 7 long treatment at Paramount Hospital and
thereafter under Dr. vishal Yonzon, Physiotherapist at Helping Hand
Physiotherapy Clinic, Darjeeling, her attending physician Dr. Amal
Basak, MS, Orthopedic Surgeon declares her as fit to resume duty.
Accordingly she resumed her duty on 10.05.2015 in the forenoon and
submitted.
Hence, as per govt.Order Vide No. 6132-PL/P2L-18/68 Dtd
29.10.1968 as conveyed Vide Memo No. 15075(42)A // A. 1407-68
Dtd 29.10.1968 of Dy. Inspector- General of Police (HQ), west Bengal
and Govt. Order Vide No. 6931-PL Dtd 13.12,1968 of Home (police)
Department, the entire period spent for medical treatment due to said
accident in the Hospital and outside i.e. 26.01.2015 to 09.05.2015 (104
days) as forwarded by the Dy. Commissioner of Police (HQ), Siliguri
Metropolitan Police, is hereby treated as spent on duty.
