Terrill Student Council Talent Night Permission / Ticket Order Form
When: Friday, March 7 @ 6:30 PM Ends: 8:30 PM
IMPORTANT RULES:









THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Tickets
cost $5 each.
This permission slip must be returned to Mrs. Odim or Mrs. Lambert BEFORE March6th
at which time they will issue a ticket.
All students in grades 6-8 planning on participating in or attending the show must
purchase a ticket and bring a signed permission form.
A parent or guardian must accompany students in grade 5 who plan on attending the
show and they must hand in a permission form.
All students who are NOT coming to the show with an adult must be picked up promptly
by 8:30 PM. Students may NOT walk home or leave without an adult.
Students who are absent from school on Friday, March 7th , arrive late or dismissed early,
will not be permitted to attend.
While at Talent Night, students must remain in the auditorium and will only have access
to adjacent bathrooms. Students are not permitted outside, in the hallways or
classrooms. Likewise, students will not be permitted to leave and return.
Admission begins at 6:30 PM unless student is a performer.
Terrill Middle School Code of Conduct is in effect for the evening.
