Disabled Supporters Membership Schemes
The disabled supporters membership scheme is divided into two schemes.
Disabled supporters may join the disabled rota membership scheme or the
disabled Match Membership scheme (described below), both schemes being
free of charge. Disabled supporters should choose one membership option
only.
Disabled Supporters Rota Membership Scheme
A disabled Member signing up to this Membership scheme will be placed on a
rota for Match Tickets to be sent out during the course of the season free of
charge. A rota Member will be placed on the rota on the date that their fully
completed Membership application form is received by Chelsea FC. Match
Tickets will then be issued on a rota system in accordance with the order in
which these application forms were received by Chelsea FC.
An application form will be available from the end of April 2014 on request
from Chelsea FC. Applications will be accepted by post or hand delivery.
Chelsea FC accepts no responsibility for applications which are illegible, lost or
delayed during delivery or by post. Proof of posting or delivery is not proof of
receipt by Chelsea FC.
When Match Tickets are allocated to a rota Member they will be sent out
approximately 42 days prior to the Match. A rota Member who does not wish to
2
use any Match Tickets which they have received must return the Match Tickets
by hand delivery or post so that they are received by Chelsea FC’s Disabled
Liaison Officer no later than 24 hours before the Match. These Match Tickets
will be issued to the next rota Member on the disabled rota membership
scheme who can attend the Match. Match Tickets not returned but which are
unused on Match day will result in automatic removal of the rota Member from
the disabled rota membership scheme for the remainder of the season.
Personal assistant Match Tickets used without the disabled Member present will
also result in the removal of the rota Member from the rota membership
scheme. Match Tickets that are returned cannot be swapped for another Match.
Chelsea FC accepts no responsibility for Match Tickets which are lost or delayed
during return by delivery or post. Proof of posting/delivery is not proof of
receipt by Chelsea FC.
A rota Member may not also be a Match Member, nor may they purchase any
Match Tickets not available to rota Members if they have not been allocated
Match Tickets for a Match which they wish to attend.
Rota customers who return Match Tickets less than 48 hours before kick off or
who do not attend a Match will not receive Match Tickets for any Category AA
Matches for the remainder of that season.
Disabled Supporters Match Membership Scheme
Match Tickets will be made available to Match Members under this membership
scheme in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
A Match Member may not also be a rota Member, nor may they purchase any
Match Tickets not available to Match Members if their application for disabled
Match Tickets under this allocation is unsuccessful.
Home FA Premier League (“FAPL”) Match Ticket Scheme

disabled Season Ticket Holder’s Season TeamCard. Chelsea FC accepts no
responsibility for Match Tickets which are lost or delayed during return by
delivery or post. Proof of posting, delivery or emailing is not proof of receipt by
Chelsea FC.
