For Spring 2014 IPHY 3010-801 Teaching in Integrative Physiology (Physiology Lab) Undergraduate Teaching Assistants (UGTA) Application Due to the increased interest in the undergraduate teaching assistant program with the physiology labs, all interested students are required to complete the following application. UGTA offers will be based on the decision of the course coordinator and will take into account, but not be limited to, the following criteria: performance in the class, Graduate TA and Instructor feedback, teaching/meeting availability, expected date of graduation, application quality, ability to follow directions, timeliness and ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors. Please return completed applications and schedule availability table to the Lab Coordinator (molly.welsh@colorado.edu) by Friday, November 15th, no later than 5:00 pm. Your application will not be considered until you have submitted your schedule availability. You can apply for the position while currently enrolled in IPHY 3435, even if you don’t know your final grade. UGTA offers will be dependent on the criteria listed above, and your final grade (you must receive a B or better in the class). Depending on the number of applicants, you may be contacted to schedule a 15-minute interview with the Lab Coordinator that will take place in Ramaley N189 sometime during the week following the application deadline. Decisions will be made no later than December 6th, pending your final course grade, and you will be notified via e-mail.
