She also has some beautiful new designs in pillar candles, like the "spring landscape" design and the brightly multi-colored "kaleidoscope" candle. This week, they will have Easter Egg radishes, arugula, mesclun (a mix of red and green lettuce, baby mild mustards, and baby Asian greens), and a microgreens mix (including red amaranth, curly cress, kogane, sorrel and pac choi). These microgreens are full of flavor and similar to sprouts, but grown in the soil to the two leaf stage and are great mixed in a salad. They also be selling plant starts, including 3 different types of beans (Christmas Lima, Dixie Butterbean, and Louisiana Purple Pod), summer squash (zephyr and zucchini), and several varieties of heirloom tomatoes.
