Sequence of PCR product and assay design output
from pyrosequencing website should also be submitted to the
reststop folder for each new assay.
QUANTIFICATION: You must check your PCR product on a gel
to ensure a clear, strong band without haze or artifact.
PYROSEQUENCING RESULTS: The facility provides a Word
file. Notification will be sent by e-mail and results will be available
on reststop.
