Biotechnology Group Project
Every part of this project must be emailed to me prior to your class meeting or be presented on a
CD. I will not accept any information on a flash drive.
Each group will be assigned one of the following sections.
1. Cloning
2. Gel Electrophoresis and blotting
3. Stem Cells
4. Applications for DNA technology.
Each group will have 20 minutes to present the information in the form of notes to the class and provide
an activity, manipulative, or assessment for the members of the class. You must be able to answer
questions from the class over your topic. The information presented to the class will be tested on the
next exam, so please be thorough.
You will be graded using the following Rubric:
