Shevhenko, Dr., NTU KPI, Kyiv The situation with the production of packing paper goods in Ukraine is analyzed. Possibility of the use of organosolvent pulp obtained from corn stalks in the composition of corrugated paper and print paper was experimentally confirmed. The samples of corrugated paper and print paper correspond to all requirements of the standards. The use of nonwood pulp allows to delete from the composition of mass kinds of paper products (corrugated paper and print paper) more expensive imported pulp and to decrease cost of the finished products. He gave a description of Omyafilm®, the benefits, features, obtained by the introduction of modern technology. The author examined in detail the dependence of physical-mechanical properties of films for the manufacture of packages on the amount of additives Omyafilm®. Krivoshey, Ph.D., IAC Package, Kiev The authors give information about the components of the gaseous microenvironment, which used in the production of gas-filled packaging. They also give a description and analysis of the impact made on the packaged products of these gas components: O2, N2, CO2, CO and others. The authors give advice on the use of a specific gas mixtures for a wide range of packaging products. They drew attention to some features of the packaging of products in the gas-filled packaging with modified atmosphere. Cutting of cardboard tapes on sheets K.Y. Senchyna, N.M. Kandyak, Ph. D., Ukrainian Academy of Printing, Lviv There were conducted experimental researches of the technological efforts that arise in the process of cutting different species, thickness of cardboard and depend of fibers location relative to the cutting knife. It was found the influence of the frame of crank-rocker mechanism on the force capacity of drive. The received results can be used for design new kinds of cardboard cutting equipment. Justification of building for folding cardboard scan I.I. Regey, Dr., P.I. Begen, Ukrainian Academy of Printing, Lviv In this paper the authors propose a new way of folding reaming of cardboard, which is implemented energy-saving technology for manufacturing of cardboard packaging. To implement this method was developed principal scheme of folding device and justified its construction. A number of analytical calculations and the dependence obtained for determining the geometric and kinematic parameters, which depend on the shape, configuration and size of the executive device. Bread of Ukraine: how to pack? V.N. Krivoshey, Ph.D., IAC Upakovka, Kyiv The author investigated the characteristics of the market (production and consumption) of bread and bakery products in Ukraine and in countries with developed economies. He diven the basic requirements for the preservation and packing of the product, considered all types of packaging and packaging materials that are used for packing bread and bakery products. The author indicated their advantages and disadvantages. He shown information about the basic technologies and equipment for the packaging of these products. Dynamics inhibition of mechanical systems of packaging equipment A.I. Sokolenko, Dr., K.V. Vasilkovsky, Ph.D., A. Mudrak, I.F. Maksimenko, National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv The authors examined aspects of the dynamics of stop of elements of packaging equipment. They created a physical and mathematical two-mass models, reflecting an instantaneous stop leading the masses, as well as inhibition of the led masses to different laws of lead motion. The authors have shown that the modes of inhibition by dynamic approach to the processes of starting (and sometimes are worse than them). Kolomiets, Ph.D., Ukrainian Academy of Printing, Lviv Synthesis problems and features for combined joint mechanisms with a cam-link gear contour are considered in the article. Application of such contour creates abilities for the executive links’ motion correction. As a result of correction they move on the set periodic motion laws. Achieved analytical dependences provide determination of geometrical descriptions of a cam-gear roller center trajectory. The found trajectory determines the profile of correcting cam. How much is recycled packaging waste? V.G. Slabiy, UkrPEK, V.N. Krivoshey, Ph.D., IAC Upakovka, Kyiv The authors have shown the results of the introduction of management systems of packaging waste in the EU after the entry into force of Directive ES/94/62/ES. They examined in detail one of the types of economic instruments - environmental taxes, which ensures the functioning of such systems. The authors are led advantages and disadvantages of introducing such a tax. The HACCP-system as a guide to safe products The author considered the HACCP-system as an effective tool for ensuring safe food production. He let historical information about the origin of the HACCP-system, write the main points of the system and its benefits. However, he focused the integrated use of the system, which is in its final form not only enables the production of safe food products, but also contributes to successful business development. In general, the HACCP-system increases sales, reduces costs and minimizes the risk of business. PET-recycling in Ukraine (current situation) A.O. He examines in detail the destruction and recycling of PET-waste. The author also gives the characteristics of various technologies for processing waste products of PET in terms of their efficiency and the use in Ukraine. MacHOUSE-NEWS. Packaging: theatrical requisite of social performance (building relationships) N.S. Udris, k.sots.n., Kiev National University of Culture and the Arts The author considers the package as an object of social drama as a theatrical requisite, on which attention is concentrated within a few minutes. Using a survey, he finds a place the packaging in everyday social and cultural life of Ukrainians. On the example of packaging for gifts author determined by rating its properties. As a recommendation he considers it possible to promote products on the market in view of daily life and social drama, including in relation to the packaging.
