Ethanol Precipitation of Sequencing Reactions
1. Make a mixture of 3MNaOAc and 95% ethanol:
10µl 3MNaOAc in 1ml 95% Ethanol for each 96-well plate

Add 10µl of the above mixture to each well.
Centrifuge at 3500rpm, room temp for 30 minutes.
Remove 10µl from each well.
Add 10µl 70% ethanol to each well.
Centrifuge at 3500rpm, room temp for 15 minutes.
Remove 10µl from each well.
Centrifuge the plates upside down on a paper towel for 1 minute at 1000rpm,
room temp.
9. Dry in a vacuum oven for ~7 minutes (around 55°C).
10. Store at 4°C or -20°C until it is ready to be re-suspended and run on the
sequencer.
