Section 1.
Amending Chapter 656 (Zoning Code), Ordinance

Code. Part 13 (Sign Regulations) and Subpart A (General Provisions)

of Chapter 656 (Zoning Code), Ordinance Code, is hereby amended to
21
read as follows:

Sec. 656.1306. – Real estate signs.

In addition to any other signs allowed, any lot may have
28
erected on it a temporary, nonilluminated real estate sign not
29
exceeding 24 square feet in area, but only when such property is
30
actually for sale or rent; provided that in RR and RLD districts
31
the sign shall be no greater than four square feet. In the event
1
that
any
portion
of
this
2
unenforceable, unconstitutional or void or is permanently enjoined,
3
then thereafter no signs shall be erected pursuant to this Section.
4
These signs shall may be set back from the right-of-way not less

than ten feet placed within the legal boundaries of the lot itself
6
or between the edge of the pavement, and the front lot boundary

line of single family residential lots as provided for in Chapter
