Professional Qualifications:
The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge in the field of Medicine or
Life Sciences. At least 2 years of experience in technology transfer, technology
assessment, business development or relevant marketing is required. Master's or
Ph.D. degree preferred. Experience with patenting and licensing as well as the
negotiation, drafting, maintaining and enforcing contractual agreements related to
intellectual property are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of German is required,
language courses are available in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
The Technology Transfer Associate will manage a portfolio of intellectual
property cases for DKFZ's collaboration partner and will be primarily responsible
for scouting and evaluating inventions, marketing and licensing intellectual
property.
