Synopsis

Thesis Statement: The Theory of evolution is proven false based on the
support of palaeontology, the Fossil record and Science.
Historiography:

Evolutionists use the fossil record to prove their facts through the ancestry of
animals. For example the certain species of fish have been known to change over
time in size and shape

Many paleontologists such as Richard Monastersky describe the contradictions
between paleontological truth and Darwinism. For example, when Darwin
explains creatures from the Cambrian age (550 million years ago) emerging from
simple bacteria it completely invalidates his theory.
 Phillip Johnson “Darwinian theory predicts a “cone of increasing diversity”, as
the first living organism, or first animal species, gradually and continually
diversified to create the higher levels of taxonomic order. The animal fossil record
more resembles such a cone turned upside down with the phyla present at the start
and thereafter decreasing”
 (The coelacanth is a lobe-finned fish and it evolved from the armoured fish (BBC,
1998). Fish are chordates like humans, meaning they have a notochord, or spine
(Parrish, 1998). The first fish to evolve were the Agnathans, which were
armoured, jawless fish the lived in the Devonian and Silurian periods (Parrish,
1998). They first appeared 510 million years ago (Parrish, 1998). Next the
Acanthodians appeared in the middle Silurian, and they were also armoured fish,
but they had jaws (BBC, 1998). The Placoderms appeared next in the middle to
late Silurian and they had jaws and platey scales (BBC, 1998). The lobe-finned
and lungfish both appeared about the same time in the middle Devonian.)
Argument 1: Evolutionism has been an unconfirmed theory. Its evidence based on
Paleontology has been disproved and is considered inaccurate.
 A Paleontologist, Jan Bergsrtom who studied the early Cambrian deposit in
Chengyiang, China states that the early phyla where just as distinct from each
other as the ones today. . Jan Bergstrom paleontologist “ The Chengyiang fauna
demonstrates that the large animal phyla of today were present already in the
early Cambrian and they were as distinct from each other as they are today”
 There was a creature discovered called the Silurian trilobite. Trilobites belonged
to the Arthropoda phylum, and where very complex creatures with had shells,
articulated bodies and complex organisms. Darwin stated (origin of species) that
these descended from a crustacean. However no evidence has been found to this
day. Darwin states on Trilobites “I cannot doubt that all the Silurian trilobites
have descended from some one crustacean, which must have lived long before the
Silurian (Cambrian) age, and which probably differed greatly from any known
animal. Consequently, IF MY THEORY BE TRUE, it is indisputable that before
the lowest Silurian stratum was deposited, long periods elapsed, as long as, or
probably far longer than, the whole
Argument 2: The fossil record has been used in evolutionism as evidence however
every conclusion that evolution draws from the fossil record is false.


Many Paleontologists describe how Darwin’s theory which dominates the world
of science has completely ignored the fossil record and clear facts. Steven M.
Stanley a paleontologists explains how most discoveries in fact contradict
Darwin’s theory. Steven M. Stanley states “The known fossil record is not, and
never has been in accord with gradualism. What is remarkable is that, through a
variety of historical circumstances, even the history of opposition has been
obscured. The majority of Paleontologists felt their evidence simply contradicted
Darwin’s stress on minute, slow and cumulative changes leading to species
transformation.”
. A key example that they evolutionists use is that reptiles evolved from
amphibians. No matter how similar they are, it is clearly proven through the fossil
record that reptiles in fact did not evolve from amphibians. Even an evolutionary
paleontologist accepts this. He actually admitted in one of his works called
Vertebrate Paleontology and Evolution; he states that the early amniotes are
sufficiently distinct from all Paleozoic amphibians that their specific ancestry has
not been established. . Robert L. Carroll, An evolutionist states “the early
amniotes are sufficiently distinct from all Paleozoic amphibians that their specific
ancestry is not established”
Argument 3: The big bang theory has been stated and based on a fact that does not
make any sense. It is stated through this theory that something came from
nothingness.
 Even scientist admit to being materialist’s first and scientists second as stated
by an evolutionist, Richard C. Lewontin he explains how no matter what
happens society will never except “a divine foot through the door”. Even
certain scientist’s claim that there is no explanation for the existence of
matter, they are determined to find an answer and not except any religious or
god like means.
 Scientists do not have the option anymore to turn to god for the answers. It is
not accepted in our society for a scientist just to say that god created it. In the
answers we ask of them they cannot refer to any supernatural power. This
shows that know a days no matter how unproven the theory is. If it’s scientific
it’s most likely to be accepted like Darwinism. . It is shown through this
example that society is secular. It will not resort or except any answers dealing
with a supernatural being or religion. This causes evolution to be accepted
even more due to the people’s lack of faith in god. Yet however it proves that
no matter how many people except it. Based on scientific evidence it is
wrong. Even scientists acknowledge it.
