visitor stay in UAE, In the event that the above mentioned visitor dose not leave UAE within the permitted period
or had any problems with any administrative, financial, medical, legal or any other issue which may arise that will
involve Oman Air, I authorize OMAN AIR to deduct all related fines and charges from the CHEQUE DEPOSIT &
take legal action.
The Visitor will leave UAE on Oman Air flights and I will PRODUCE A clear passport copy with visible exit
stamp for refund of deposit amount.

In case of any new rule or new fees introduced by immigration the applicant should agree to obey these rules and pay, as indicated by the immigration authorities.
The immigration has the right to reject or block any visa without reasons.
Oman Air has the right to reject any suspicious or incorrect applications.
 Conditions:
We require one to tow (04 to 05) working days for processing your visa application excluding Fri, Sat & public Holidays.
1. No changes or amendment can be done after the visa application is processed with the immigration.
2. Validity of permit is 60 days from the date of issue.
3. The visitor has to enter and exit by air through Dubai Intl. Airport only. The applicant will be fully responsible in case of any extra charges is required by the
immigration to clear the visitor who violate this condition.
4. Pre Paid Ticket Advice (PTA / Ticket) to be purchased from Oman Air Dubai Office for travel on Oman Air.
5. Unutilized or partially used tickets are not refundable after the visa is issued.
6. Return Journey reservation has to be made and if no seats available difference in fare to be paid.
7. Bearer of Tourist Visa Permit is not allowed to work, paid or unpaid, if this clause is violated the applicant must pay minimum charges of AED 6500.00 or more.
8. Applications for single females below 30 years traveling unaccompanied can be rejected.
9. In case the visitor is caught by the CID in any criminal action (violating, begging ….ext) and he/she did not have the return ticket to home country, the applicant will
be responsible to provide the ticket by purchasing a new one from Oman Air.
10. The applicant must make sure that the visitor visa is ready by getting the visa copy and send it to the visitor before his/her arrival in Dubai airport.
11. Any overstay hotel charges for passengers who are not having firm return bookings and do not leave UAE on time will be borne by the applicant.

The Applicant should submit clear Passport Copy of the visitor’s departure (visible exit stamp) details along with flight details to Refund the Deposit Amount.
The refund will be made on Account Payee or cash Cheque favoring the Applicant only 14 working days from the date of submission.
Cheque will be released only on submission of Original Receipts.
Refund claim should be made within 2 months from the date of departure of Visitor any delay after this period could cause rejection of the claim.
 General:
Please be informed that Oman Air will not issue any kind of letters for the visitors.
You will be held responsible for any fines and penalties imposed by Immigration authority with regard to Passenger sponsored by you even after the
passenger exited U.A.E. in the event of any violation of immigration rules or any other official department during their stay in the U.A.E.
I fully understand and accept all Oman Air terms and conditions and I would like to apply for the visa service through
Oman Air as I will be fully responsible in case of any violation of the contract by me or my visitor sponsored by Oman
Air.
