IMPORTANT NOTES Three (3) entries constitute a class. Classes will be added at the discretion of show management when interest warrants. Management reserves the right to combine or split classes. ***Please remember that you must show both days to be eligible for Circuit High Point Awards (total points in a division). Divisions for High Point Awards are Open, Halter/Color, Timed Events, Amateur, 13&under, and 14-18, Novice Youth, 9&U, Novice Amateur, and Amateur Select. You must show Open Barrels, Open Pole Bending, and Open Flag Race for the Timed Events high point. Only the open classes of halter and color apply to the Halter/Color high point. Youth will show free with one (1) paid open entry. Any new Youth membership (not a renewal) will be subsidized by the APEA Youth Association. COLOR CLASS IS FREE with any other paid entry. Stalls will be locked. Shavings will be available or you can bring your own. Exhibitors are responsible for the locks and chains on the stalls. There are no crossover fees when an exhibitor shows in multiple divisions, however, fees are based on the higher of the divisions shown (e.g., amateurs can show open and Amateur classes at the Open ride-all-day fee, youth can show Open and Youth classes at the Open ride-all-day fee). Registration, ID, and Coggins will be checked. A current Novice Amateur card to show in Novice Amateur Classes. ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS: Per the law of the state of Alabama all exhibitors must present a negative coggins test performed in the past 12 months on each horse stalled at our show. OWNERS and EXHIBITORS must have current memberships with PHBA for horse to show. The management will not be responsible for accidents, injury, theft or vandalism.
