In order to show in Performance Halter horse MUST have an ROM in a performance class and you MUST show proof in the show office. IMPORTANT NOTES Three (3) entries constitute a class. Classes will be added at the discretion of show management when interest warrants. Management reserves the right to combine or split classes. ***Please remember that you must show both days to be eligible for Circuit High Point Awards (total points in a division). Divisions for High Point Awards are Open, Open Halter, Open Color, Timed Events, Amateur, 13&under, and 14-18, Novice Youth, 9&U, Novice Amateur, and Amateur Select. You must show Open Barrels, Open Pole Bending, and Open Flag Race for the Timed Events high point. Only the open classes of halter and color apply to the Halter or Color high point. COLOR CLASS IS FREE with any other paid entry. Stalls will be locked. Shavings will be available or you can bring your own. Exhibitors are responsible for the locks and chains on the stalls. If locks and chains are missing after the shows, the EXHIBITOR who rented the stall will be billed $20.00 SHOW FEES – FLAT FEE of $300 per horse (includes 1 stall, all class entry fees, office/admin fee). Flat Fee does not include shavings, non-PHBA class entry fees, RV hookups or tack stall. Or pay by the class as show below: Open Classes: $12.00 per Judge Amateur Classes: $11.00 per Judge Youth Classes: $10.00 per Judge Stalls/Tack $30.00 per night Grounds Fees: $10.00 per day (no Stall) Office/Admin Fee: $8.00 per horse per judge Hookups $35.00 per night ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS: - Registration, ID, and Coggins will be checked. - You must present a current Novice Amateur card to show in Novice Amateur Classes. - Per the law of the state of Alabama all exhibitors must present a negative coggins test performed in the past 12 months on each horse stalled at our show. - OWNERS and EXHIBITORS must show proof of current memberships with PHBA for horse to show. - The management will not be responsible for accidents, injury, theft or vandalism. - All truck and trailers must be parked at least 30 feet from the barns by order of the Coliseum and Fire Marshall.
