INVITATION TO BID
You are invited to submit bids in accordance with the specifications for Project
#2005-0084. Sealed bids in duplicate, should be received in the Montgomery
County Purchasing Department, Attn: Mark Bosma, Purchasing Agent, 301 North
Thompson, Suite 102, Conroe, Texas 77301, until 10:00 a.m., August 19, 2005,
and then will be publicly opened and read at 10:15 a.m., for the following:
PROJECT #2005-0084
MOTOROLA ASTRO XTS 5000 DIGITAL PORTABLE RADIOS
OR MANUFACTURER EQUAL - VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
DO NOT OPEN IN MAIL ROOM
All bids will be submitted in unit pricing. Payment to successful bidder shall be
net thirty (30) after receipt of product(s), material(s), service(s) or invoice(s),
whichever is later.
The right is reserved, as the interest of Montgomery County may require, to
reject any one or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids
received after the above designated closing time will be returned unopened.
