The Congress workshops are available for 3 continuing education (CE) credits per workshop (a maximum
of 12 CE credits for the conference) through the co-sponsorship of The Division of Humanistic
Psychology and PsychoEducational Resources, Inc. (PER).
The Division of Humanistic Psychology is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer
continuing education for psychologists. The Division of Humanistic Psychology maintains responsibility
for these workshops.
PER is an NBCC approved provider (5536) and adheres to NBCC sponsorship guidelines. These
workshops are acceptable for NBCC continuing education credits. PER is also an approved provider with
the Ohio Counseling Board (RCX-129413). PER maintains responsibility for these workshops.
PER is approved as a provider for social work continuing education (Provider # 1008) by the Association
of Social Work Boards (ASWB), (1-800-225-6880) through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE)
program. The following recognize the ASWB program: AK, AZ, DC, GA, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, MO,
MS, MT, NM, NC, NJ, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VI, VT, WA, WI, and WY.
PER is also an approved provider with a variety of individual state boards which include: the Alabama
Social Work Board, the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (PCE 203), the Florida Board of
Licensed Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (CE
Provider Tracking #50-1657, Board Provider #351, exp. 03/31/07), the Illinois Social Work Board (159000505), the Iowa Board of Social Work (#153), the Maryland State Board of Social Work, the Ohio
Social Work Board (RSX-019601), and the Texas Board of Social Work (CS 1596). PER maintains
responsibility for these workshops.
These workshops meet the criteria of approved continuing education programs for social work in
Arkansas.
These workshops meets the criteria of approved continuing education programs for social workers,
professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, master's level psychologists, licensed clinical
psychotherapists, and alcohol and other drug abuse counselors in Kansas.
These workshops meet the criteria of approved continuing education programs for mental health practice
and for social work in Nebraska.
PER is an approved provider with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists.
These workshops meet the criteria of approved continuing education programs for social workers, professional
counselors, marital and family therapists, and clinical pastoral therapists in Tennessee.
PER is approved as a Continuing Education Home Study Provider by the National Association of Alcoholism and
Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) Provider #374. Exp. October 31, 2005.
