After the grand launch of Golden Jubilee Year at college campus on 6th
Aug 2009, the alumni association is now mobilizing for the 5th Global
Alumni Convention scheduled for Dec 26th and 27th of this year. Hope
you had received the initial invitation for this event dispatched in the
month of May earlier. Please plan to attend this event with family and
contribute to its grand success.
As 5th Global Alumni Convention is planned to be a two day event
being attended by thousands of alumni and their family members, we
are working with the college authorities to ensure accommodation for
all the attendees at the college campus itself as the new 1,500 rooms
capacity hostel being built in the college campus is expected to be
ready for use for this event. Also, we will forward you soon the hotel
information for you to help yourself in arranging the alternate
accommodations. Please look forward for further details regarding
accommodations in the coming days.
During the next couple of weeks, you will be receiving a series of emails focused on the global convention event planning and
participation. These mails will be related to event agenda,
opportunities for you to participate and contribute, updating of alumni
information database etc. We sincerely appeal for your fullest
participation and co-operation in this regard.

attaching here with a form to be filled by you and send back to us.
