Held at the corner of Sticht & Cutten Streets, Queenstown
on Tuesday 14th December, 2010

The Mayor opened the meeting at 5.00pm.

Howard (Minutes), John Devlin (Environmental Health Officer), Marty Bower (Weed and
Fire Management Officer).

Presentation of Annual Report
Moved Cr Vickers/Seconded Cr Giles
The West Coast Council Annual Report for 2009/2010 as presented be received
acknowledge the submission made by the Toxic Heavy Metals Taskforce Tasmania for the
Annual General Meeting.

Moved Cr Giles /Seconded Cr Pitt
That the Mayors Message in the West Coast Council Annual Report for 2009/2010 as
presented by received.
CARRIED
Cr Vickers requested his vote against be recorded.
Moved Cr Vickers /Seconded Cr Eley
That the West Coast Council Annual Report for 2009/2010 as presented be adopted.
CARRIED
There being no further business the Mayor declared the meeting closed at 5.06pm
