First-come-first-served basis, please read the “Guidelines for Course
Participants” before application.
Mail the application form to Kowloon Central P.O. Box 72958, HONG
KONG with a cheque payable to “Hong Kong Enterostomal Therapists
Association” and attach a stamped return envelope.

Successful Applicants will be notified on or before 4th March 2010

For those unsuccessful applicants, we will return the cheque before 9th March 2010

