Acupuncture Consultation




Initial consultation (includes herbal consultation) – (1-1.5 hours): $125
Follow-up treatment (includes herbal consultation) – (45-60 minutes): $85
Herbal Fee (raw herbs, powders or tablets): Based on quantity used.
Second treatment within same calendar week, discounted by $15
Herbal Consultation


Consultation (30 minutes): $45.
Herbal Fee (raw herbs, powders or tablets): Based on quantity used.
Cupping



15 minute session: $25.
30 minute session: $35
Add 15 minutes of cupping to your acupuncture treatment: $15
Sliding Scale
For those with financial difficulties we offer of sliding scale fee $65-80 for follow up
visits.
Treatment packages



6 treatment package- $450, $75/treatment
12 treatment package- $840, $70/treatment
20 treatment package- $1300, $65/treatment

Cancellation, Changes and Cancellation Fees
• When you schedule an appointment, this time is held for you, and no one else. We
do not double book, nor do we crowd our schedule. Please let us know 24 to 48 hours
in advance when you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
• There is a $25 fee for late or same day cancellations.
• Missed appointments are billed at the usual rate of $85.
Insurance
Yong Kang, LLC is not a preferred provider for any insurance plans. Should your health
insurance cover acupuncture treatments, we can provide you with appropriate
documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Credit Cards and Personal Checks
We prefer personal checks or cash, for your convenience credit cards are also
accepted.
There will be a $40 service charge for any returned checks.
