Acupuncture Consultation
 Initial Consultation (includes herbal consultation) -1.5 hours- $110
 Follow up treatment (includes herbal consultation)- 60 minutes-$70
 Second treatment within same calendar week, discounted at $155
Herbal Consultation
 Consulation (30 minutes) $30
 Herbal Fee (raw herbs, powders or tablets): Based on quanitity used.
Massage
 60 minutes (Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Hot Bamboo)- $70
 90 minutes (Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Hot Bamboo)- $100
Double Therapy
 Acupuncture and Massage Session (includes herbal consulation)-75 mintues-$125
Cupping
 Add on to any treatment $10
 Cupping and Guasha Treatment only- 30 minutes- $20
Sliding Scale
For those with financial difficulties, a sliding scale fee of $55 is offered for follow up visits.

Massage

12 treatment package-$600, $50/treatment
Frequent Flyer- If you receive 6 treatments within a span of 10 weeks, your 6th is free!
Cancellation Policy
 Appointment times are held exclusively for you.
 Unlike most medical practices that require a 24-48 hour notice for appointment changes,
We simply ask that cancellations or changed be made by close of business the previous
day.
 There is a $25 fee for same day cancellations
 Missed appointment are billed at the usual rate of $70
Insurance
Golden Door Acupuncture, LLC is not a preferred provider of any insurance plan in Missouri.
Should your health insurance cover acupuncture treatments, we can provide you with
appropriate documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment options
For your convenience; cash, credit cards, and personal checks are welcomed. There will be a
service charge of $40 for any returned check.
