Providers use a digital hand-held recorder that
can hold up to 3 ½ hours of voice. When
dictations are complete, simply dock the
recorder and automatically, the dictation files
are encrypted, compressed and sent to Emdat
for transcribing. An 800 Number is available
for clients who wish to use dial in dictation.

are required to purchase the Voice-It hand held
recorders above for the price of $260. This is
about $100 less than a quality analog tape
