CHILD CARE WORKER
Cottage & Sharp 1 Residential Programs
Full-time and Relief employees needed for a residential treatment programs serving latency age and adolescent boys with
emotional and behavioral issues. Job duties include supervision of the boys, recreational activities, crisis intervention, and
serving as a positive role model. Associates degree preferred; or equivalent experience with HS diploma. Must have one
year experience with a similar population of children, MAP’s certification, valid driver’s license, and the physical ability
to perform restraints.

ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER
Sharp 1 Residential
Experienced manager needed to provide leadership and overall management for a program serving adolescents with
emotional and behavioral issues. This position will coordinate and integrate residential and community based services
including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic behavior management. Will act as primary liaison and
work closely with DCF and local service care providers. Other duties include overall management of day to day
operations, staff supervision, and on-call coverage. Successful candidate must have previous residential experience with
excellent interpersonal and communication skills; BA and supervisory experience required (Masters preferred).

FAMILY SERVICES VISITATION TRANSPORTER
Family Support
Provide flexible, dependable coverage to support Family Support Caseworkers. Ensure that the needs of all children and
adolescent youth are served through the Family Support programs are monitored and addressed as necessary and
appropriate, including basic care, supervision, safety, health and other areas as identified. Must have least one year
experience in human services, preferably working with children, adolescents and families. Demonstrated ability to offer
positive mentoring, role modeling, and skill building. Requires a current, valid Mass driver’s license and have a reliable
car.
CLINICIAN
Cottage/Latency Residential Program
Full-time (40 hour/week) Milieu Therapist needed to work both independently & as part of a multi-disciplinary team to
coordinate referral process; provide clinical services for individuals and their families; complete intakes; and perform
assessments. Position will also provide case management to include treatment planning, serving as clinical liaison with
service providers, and providing support for crisis intervention. This position requires Master's degree in Social Work or
related field, license eligible, excellent writing & organizational skills, and experience with emotionally & behaviorally
challenged youth.
BILINGUAL FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER
Family Support Program
Part-time Family Support Worker wanted to work with active DCF families toward the goal of reunification involving:
supervision of visitation with parents and children, supportive counseling, case management treatment planning, goal
setting and parent education. Successful candidate must be available for late afternoons and early evenings. Qualified
candidates must have relevant experience in field; strong computer skills and excellent written/verbal communication
skills. Transporting children, valid MA Driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Bachelor’s degree in the
social work field or related field. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

FOSTER PARENTS- INTENSIVE
Intensive Foster Parents needed to provide family-setting foster care homes for up to two adolescents ages 12 to 18.
Foster parents are responsible for providing a safe, stable, and nurturing home for adolescents with a variety of behavioral,
emotional, and special needs. Foster parents receive intensive case management, a per/child stipend, and 24-hour on-call
support. Candidates must meet home requirements, be willing to participate in licensing and training as an Intensive

reunification or maintaining family or placement stability; and will be responsible to document assessments & summaries,
and communicate with DCF. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a flexible work schedule
including weekends, and a valid driver's license. BA degree in relevant field preferred.
YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER-
Cape Family Support Project-Hyannis
Provide Intensive outreach support with DCF referred families working toward the goal of reunification or maintaining family or
placement stability. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, with relevant work experience. Must have knowledge of limit setting
and behavior management skills, child development and family systems. Requires good organizational skills and excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with co-workers and
collateral
agencies.
Must
have
the
ability
to
work
flexible
schedules
and
some
weekends.
Requires a current valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Cape Programs
Part-time (25 hours per week) Maintenance Coordinator needed to be responsible for the day to day maintenance and custodial
upkeep of agency buildings, grounds (to include landscaping) and vans. This position is also responsible to perform minor
repairs as requested, preparation for inspections and provide backup for emergency on-call as requested. Qualified candidate
must have 2 years relevant experience and valid MA driver's license.
