RECERTIFICATION COURSE
EMT-B, NREMT-B, EMT-I,
OR PARAMEDIC
Our EMS Recertification course is
designed to give the participant the
appropriate number of hours needed to
meet recertification requirements set by
the Texas Department of State Health
Services and re-registration requirements
set by National Registry. Certified EMS
instructors, registered nurses, physicians,
and content experts teach all classes.
The course covers all content areas needed
for a thorough refresher of EMS
knowledge and to help you better prepare
for the initial state certification and
National Registry exams. CPR
recertification and Basic/Advanced skills
testing is also conducted. A refresher
textbook is included in the course fee.
In order to enhance your success we
recommend that you review your current
EMS textbooks prior to the course and go
to the link below to locate the Department
of Transportation ”National Standard
Curriculum” objectives. This will serve as a
study guide from the National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration. You can
locate these objectives at the following
website link. A large part of being able to
successfully pass the National Registry
exam is due to good study habits.
