: living room with a large fireplace, divan-bed, equipped kitchen,
bathroom and toilette

: a double room (140 x 180) and a room with twin beds (90 x 180)
Cot for baby.
Pets allowed.
Equipment
Electric heating (double glazing), home refrigerator, TV, microwave and
electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, halogen plates, kitchenware, pots and
pans, electric coffee maker, iron, bedclothes, pillows. Basket PVC for dogs.
Bed and bath linen on demand : 15 Euros/person for the period
At the end of the leasing if you don’t want to clean the cottage, cleaning on
demand :40 Euros

For booking we ask you to join an account at the present lease contract signed a
cheque for the 40 % of the location fare in order to Mr Aureliano VIOLA.
A deposit check of an amount of 50% of the letting price will be requested at your
arrival. This check will be returned at your departure, or maximum one month after
made deduction of possible deterioration cost’s (if necessary).
