GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:- 1. Labels are to be applied to plain bottles & cartons as per instruction of plant in charge. 2. Labels are to be printed using Ink jet printer or rubber stamp (if required). Printing matter will be given by user section. 3. Labels are to be applied to bottles & cartons manually. 4. Shifting of labels from stores to plant is responsibility of contractor. 5. Contractor and labourers will have to use safety appliances provided by the company and the money will be deducted from the running bill. 6.. Housekeeping of the working area is the ultimate responsibility of the contractor. 7. A responsible person / supervisor of the contractor or contractor himself should be present daily in the plant when the work is carried out. 8. If authorized supervisor or the contractor is not present at the work spot, the work will be suspended. 09. The contractor will have to follow the company rules for gate pass, PF, ESI and other rules informed by the company time to time. 10. If the contractor is found unable to carry out the work as per the company’s requirement, penalty of Rs.200/- (Rs. Two hundred) per day will be imposed on him and it will be deducted from the monthly bill. 11. Bill will be paid on the running bill basis. Security clause is not applicable. 12. The contractor will have to follow the instruction given by section in charge for the smooth running of the plant. 13. The contractor should mention his previous experience while quoting for the offer. 14. The Party has to abide by all the Rules and Regulation of HIL with regard to Security and Safety as well as labor Contract Act.1970. 15. HIL will not be responsible any injury/mishap caused to your workmen while doing the job in our Factory Premises. 16.In case contractor is not carry out the work, as per terms & conditions of work order, the work will be get done through any other agencies at his risk & cost. 17. Contractor have to take Gate Pass for the job every day as Company’s Rule. 18.The contractor should be responsible for payment of his employee’s contribution towards the Employees Provident Fund & Family Pension Scheme. 19.Any/ Dispute arising out of or in relation to his Contract shall be subject to The Jurisdiction of the court of civil Judge, senior Division, Raigad, aibaug.20. Contractor should follow PF Rules & Minimum Wages Rules of the company. 21.In absence of the responsible Supervisor/ Contractor labor will not be permitted inside the factory Premises to carry out the job in factory premises. 22.Contractor has to submit the bills in proper format. 23.Please provide your PAN No./ Service Tax No& ESI Registration No: along with offer letter.
