Miniaev, M.B. Belyakova, N.V. Kostiuk, D.V. Leschenko, T.A. Fedotova Tver State Medical University Research Centre Department of Biochemistry The effect of incubation media with different osmotic pressure on the work of the closed oxygen sensor, containing a solution of KCl (60 g / l) as an electrolyte, was studied. It was found that at usage of media, which osmotic pressure exceeds as well as not reaching the osmotic pressure of the sensor electrolyte, it was observed an increase in response time, relative error of measurement and coefficient of variation of measured values. INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX COMPOUNDS – DERIVATIVES OF SUCCINIC ACID AND THEIR BORATE COMPLEXES ON THE SOIL MICROFLORA T.I. Smirnova, O.V. Smirnova Tver State Agricultural Academy Department of Agrochemistry and Agriculture In field experiments we have studied the influence of foliar treatment of cultivated plants with solutions of ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid (EDDS), iminodisuccinic acid (IDS), ethylenediaminetetrasuccinic acid (EDTS) taken for comparison, their borate complexes: BEDDS, B-IDS, B-EDTS respectively. Accordingly to the level of microbial carbon in the soil we have found that solutions of EDDS and EDTS with concentration 1.5·10-3 mol/l taken as 100 ml/m2 have a dampening effect on microorganisms. Solutions with the same concentration of IDS and borate complexes of all three complex compounds have a stimulating effect.
