STUDY OF COMPLEX FORMATION ZINC IONS WITH HEPARIN AND ARGININE METHODS PH-METRY AND MATHEMATICAL MODELING M.A. Feofanova, M.I. Skobin, T.V. Krukov, N.V. Baranova Tver state University Department of inorganic and analytical chemistry The study of the interactions in the system, including high-molecular heparin, ions Zn2+ and amino acid (arginine), was conducted according to the experimental data of pH-metric titration of aqueous solutions (I = 0.15 (NaCl), t = 37 degrees C) at a ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 initial concentrations of the components of the system by the method of mathematical modeling. The calculation showed the presence in the system of many complex forms, including interest to us ternary complexes. Constants are defined sustainability detected complex forms. Built and analyzed the diagram of distribution of complex forms in the system under study: ZnCl2 - Na4Hep - HArg - H2O - NaCl. Keywords: stability constant of heparin, arginine, zinc, pH-metry, mathematical modeling. SPECTRAL CHARACTERISTICS OF AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF IRON(III) COMLEXES WITH AMPICILLIN AND CEFTAZIDIME IN THE VISIBLE AREA M.V. Minina Tver State University Division of inorganic and analytical chemistry Сomplexes of iron (III) with ampicillin and ceftazidime were investigated by visible spectrophotometry. Spectra of aqueous solutions of the complexes with a molar ratio of iron: antibiotic = 1: 3, as well as solutions FeCl3 and Fe(CH3COO)3 were recorded in the range 400 - 800 nm. Spectral characteristics of the complexes were determined by linear extrapolation of the absorbance of the concentration to a series of solutions with different concentrations: a complex of Fe (III) with ampicillin - λmax = 427 nm, εmax = 161 l/(mol • cm), a complex of Fe (III) with ceftazidime λmax = 427 nm, εmax = 511 l/(mol • cm). Spectra of aqueous solutions of the complexes showed a greater shift of the absorption bands and the increase of the molar absorption coefficient as compared with complexes Fe(CH3COO)3, suggesting that the antibiotics zwitterions coordinated iron(III) not only through the carboxylate but also through the beta-lactam group. Starovoytov, Y.M. Potashnikov Tver Technical University, department of chemistry The dissolution of gold in thiourea-thiocyanate solutions has been studied by the rotating-disc technique using ferric sulfate as oxidant. The mixed solution has significant synergy on the dissolution rate in compare with individual systems. The synergistic effect was attributed to the formation of a mixed ligand complex. It is found, that gold dissolution is a mixed-control process (apparent activation energy is 21.6 kJ/mol; dissolution rate is found to be 0.23 order with respect to disc rotation speed) where mass transfer control from surface is present. Effects of the applied pressure on compaction of UHMWPE reactor powder and temperature on the monolithization process are studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FTIR spectroscopy. It is established that at room temperature and under a pressure of 137 MPa during 15 min the stable pellets from RP are formed and compaction process is finished.
