Our skin falls between 4.5 – 5.5 on the pH scale (1-14). Water is neutral at 7 pH. Peels lower the pH and the
lower the pH, the deeper the peel.
Types of Peels
Intense Anti-Oxidant Pre-Peel – pH 3.6


Great for mature skin, restores hydration, tones skin, gives firmness to the skin
Safe for Rosacea and pregnant women
Glycolic Acid Peel – pH 3.0
The impact from a facial peel on the dermis can lead to changes including synthesis of new collagen.


Great for photo-aging skin, reduces wrinkles, exfoliates, dislodges comedones (blackheads), and
prevents further comedone formation.

Lactic Action 30% Acid Peel – pH 3.2
Lactic acid is a tyrosinase inhibitor to enhance skin whitening one of the best treatments for hyper pigmentation.
Also speeds the development of skin cells.



Salicylic Acid 20% Acid Peel – pH 3.0
Dissolves keratinocytes topically (thick skin), resulting in more even skin texture. Great for oily skin, dissolves
comedones.


Great for oily / acne, oily / mature skin, strong exfoliant
