Discuss Characteristics of Natural Stone, or quartz surfaces with Architect, Builder & Designers
Decide if natural stone, quartz, or recycled glass surfaces is the correct application for you.
Decide on edge type, pencil, bevel, demi, half bullnose, full bullnose, ogee, etc.
Decide on color tone, light, dark, yellow, gold, brown, green, tan, blue, red, white, grey, black,
etc, as well as, material type: marble, granite, onyx, quartzite, slate, soapstone, quartz, glass etc.
Decide on backsplash application: 4”, full, tile etc..
Decide on sink configuration
Fax or email detailed topical graph kitchen design layout to estimating for budgeting
Indicate on layout, walls, finish edges, radius’s, ellipses, scallops, cutouts, jobsite location, client
name, estimated date of completion
Follow up with phone call
Schedule appointment with Marco Jette’ at least 5 weeks prior to installation of cabinets with all
decision makers
Clients must dress appropriate for an exterior industrial yard when viewing material and inform
Marco Jette LLC who their architect, builder, designer is upon arriving for project coordination
If re-quotes: fax revised layout and any changes and additional budget requests
Clients must bring with them cabinet wood color for assistance in natural stone color selection
Do not ever go directly to a stone regional distributor without a Marco Jette’ representative
scheduling appointment for non stock natural stone colors
Finalize contract with client with material color selection, edge types, backsplash, cutouts, etc.
Confirm material approval with Marco Jette LLC
Sign Contract with Marco Jette LLC
Ideally, schedule counter removal if needed, template and install date minimally 2 weeks prior to
target date of cabinet installation completion.
If rush order call Marco Jette’ LLC schedule department to attempt to accommodate need to
satisfy clients urgent demands
Inform client of dates
Confirm template date- make sure cook top, appliances, faucet & sinks are on site, cabinets
installed correctly
Confirm Install date
Confirm Rework Dates if project not completed on 1st attempt of install
Make final payment to Marco Jette LLC
Follow up on service
