 TWO NOTORIOUS MEMBERS OF INTERSTATE GANG OF
CARJACKERS ARRESTED.
 ONE CASE OF CARJACKING AND ONE OF MV THEFT WORKED
OUT.
 ACCUSED ARIF IS A CONVICT IN CASES OF LUCKNOW AND DELHI.
INTRODUCTION:-
Crime Branch has apprehended two carjackers namely Arif @ Pappy @ Sameer (28 years) s/o
Noor Mohd. r/o K-1828, Jahangirpuri, Delhi and Rajesh Tomar (22 years) s/o Late Rajender Singh r/o
542, Gali No. 18, Sangam Vihar, Delhi and has worked out one sensational case of carjacking and one of
Motor Vehicle theft in Delhi. One stolen motorcycle has been recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT:-
On 16.02.2014, one taxi driver namely Bashir went to Gurgaon in
his Innova MUV bearing No.HR-55-LT-4083. Some passengers boarded the
car and when the car reached near Palam flyover, three passengers
overpowered the driver at knife-point. They beat up the driver and threw him
out near the Airport. When the driver informed his owner in this regard, the
owner immobilised the car with the help of GPS system installed in the car.
The car was later found abandoned near Shastri Park area.
INFORMATION AND TEAM:-
In view of the rising incidents of carjacking, especially in the area of South West Delhi around
Airport and Delhi Cantt., Anti-Robbery Cell (ARC) of Crime Branch was entrusted with the task of
collecting/developing information about the carjackers. A team led by Inspr Kuldeep and comprising
of SIs Neeraj, PC Yadav, Sanjay Neolia, Vijay, Cts Ravinder, B. Sawta, Ranjit and Nityanand was
constituted under the close supervision of ACP KPS Malhotra, and overall guidance of DCP Bhisham
Singh to crack such blind cases. On 02.04.2014, the efforts put in by the police team bore fruitful results
when specific information was received by SI Neeraj that accused Arif @ Pappy and Rajesh are involved in
case of carjacking in which they had robbed an Innova but couldn't dispose it off as the same was
immobilised by the GPS enabled device.
OPERATION:-
The information was further developed and a trap was laid by the team near More Lane, Delhi
Cantt.-Dwarka road. Two persons were seen coming on motorcycle No.DL-6-SAD-4242 from Palam
Airport side. They were signalled to stop but they tried to run away. The motorcycle was promptly
intercepted and both the persons were apprehended. Their interrogation revealed that the recovered
motorcycle was stolen from PS Uttam Nagar area. A case vide FIR No.148/13 u/s 379 IPC, PS Uttam
Nagar, Delhi was found registered in this regard.
INTERROGATION:During sustained interrogation, it was revealed that both the
accused Arif and Rajesh Tomar had stolen one Honda Stunner motorcycle
No.DL-6-SAD-4242 from Uttam Nagar area for using the same in commission
of crime.
On 16.02.2014, accused Arif @ Sameer s/o Noor Mohd. and Rajesh
Tomar s/o Narender alongwith their associates Dalip s/o Munna Lal & Mukul
both r/o Kacchi Colony, Anamika Talkies, Oil Mill Road, Tundla, Firozabad,
UP, Sandeep @ Lalaram r/o Village Kanawani, Ghaziabad, UP, went to
Gurgaon in one Indigo car driven by Sandeep. Out of these five, three
accused persons namely Rajesh, Dalip and Mukul pretended as passengers
and boarded the Innova MUV No. HR-55-LT-4083. Arif and Sandeep followed
the Innova MUV in their Indigo car for backup. When the Innova MUV
reached near Palam flyover, accused Dalip brandished a knife and
overpowered the driver of the car. Thereafter, they dumped the driver of the
Innova MUV namely Bashir towards Airport side and they drove the car to
Shastri Park area.
However, the car was immobilised with the help of GPS system
installed in it and the accused persons had to run away from there in their
Tata Indigo car leaving the robbed Innova MUV abandoned. A case vide FIR
No.106/14, dated 16.02.2014, u/s 392/34 IPC was registered at PS Delhi
Cantt., Delhi.
During further interrogation, it was revealed that the
accused Dilip and Mukul are hardcore criminals. Accused Dilip is the leader of
the gang. Both of them are previously involved in several criminal cases and
are presently lodged in Firozabad Jail.
PROFILE:1.
Accused Arif @ Pappy @ Sameer (28 years) was born at
Kacchi Colony, Anamika Talkies, Oil Mill Road, Tundla, Etah, UP, in a poor
family. His father used to work in a meat factory. He has two brothers and
one sister. He was sent to Government School at his native village but he
could not continue his studies due to poor family conditions and left the
school after 5th standard. At the age of 20, he came to Delhi and began to
work as a taxi driver.
Later, he came in contact with Ikram and Jai Prakash. On
19.05.2011, he and his associates namely Ikram and Jai Prakash robbed a
Truck/Container No.HR-38Q-5469 loaded with 205 Air Conditioners by
drugging the driver and helper. A case vide FIR No.154/2011 u/s
379/365/393/328/411/34 IPC was registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area,
New Delhi. All the accused persons were arrested in the case.
After this, he started working as driver at a call center at
Malviya Nagar. He alongwith his associates Surender and Mani stole the
Tavera Car of his employer by using a duplicate key. A case vide FIR
No.829/08, u/s 379 IPC was registered at PS Malviya Nagar, Delhi. Accused
persons kept on using the stolen car for two years. In year 2010, all the
accused persons were arrested in Lucknow with this stolen Car. Prohibited
medicines were also recovered from the accused persons. Previous

Accused Rajesh Tomar (22 years) was born in Mohalla Khalil Ganj, Tehsil Jalesar,
Distt. Etah, UP. His father was engaged in sale purchase of goats. He has four brothers and one sister. He
went to a private school in his native village but left his studies after 5 th class. After the death of his father,
his family shifted to Delhi and started his own work from his rented house at Sangam Vihar. He came in
contact with Dalip as his paternal aunt of Delhi was also residing in his vicinity. Rajesh stole a motorcycle
from the area of PS Uttam Nagar with the help of Arif. He also actively participated in carjacking case of
Delhi Cantt. area. No other previous involvement of Rajesh has come to notice.
Accused persons have been arrested and concerned police stations have been informed
accordingly. Efforts are being made to trace their remaining associates.

 RECENT SENSATIONAL ATTEMPT TO MURDER OF A BOUNCER OF A HAPPENING
PUB IN RAJOURI GARDEN, SOLVED.
 ACCUSED TARUSH @ TASHU ARRESTED WITH HIS ASSOCIATE AND ONE 7.65 MM
SOPHISTICATED PISTOL USED IN CRIME RECOVERED ALONGWITH 3 LIVE
CARTRIDGES.
 DISCLOSES REVENGE TO HIS EARLIER BEATING BY BOUNCERS AS MOTIVE OF
CRIME.
INTRODUCTION:-
Crime Branch has detected the sensational attempt to murder case of a bouncer of a well known
pub situated in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi on 2.04.2014 and arrested the main accused Tarush @ Tashu
near Peeragarhi Chowk, Delhi alongwith his associate Sukhwinder @ Sonu on 03.04.2014. One 7.65 mm
sophisticated pistol used in the crime has been recovered from the possession of the accused Tashu
alongwith 3 live cartridges.
ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS:-

Tarush @ Tashu @ Mohd. Tabish (22 years) s/o Pyare Mian r/o 3/14, Swaran Park,
Nangloi, Delhi.

Sukhwinder @ Sonu (22 years) s/o Gurbaksh Singh r/o D-363, Tilak Vihar, Tilak Nagar,
Delhi.
CASE HISTORY:-
On 01.04.2014, a PCR call was received at PS Rajouri Garden that a bouncer of Aqua Lounge Bar
has been shot outside the pub. On this, local police reached the spot and the victim was immediately rushed
to nearby Nursing Home for treatment. A case vide FIR No. 382/14 dated 02.04.2014 u/s
341/307/308/506/34 IPC r/w 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Rajouri Garden. During investigation,
name of one Tashu, a local goon, surfaced as the main assailant and several teams were constituted to nab
him.
INFORMATION, TEAM AND OPERATION:-
On 03.04.2014, secret information was received by HC Virender Singh of South-Western Range of
Crime Branch that the accused would come near DTC Bus Depot, Peera Garhi Chowk alomgwith his
associates to meet his aides. A team led by Insprs Yashpal Singh & Keshav Mathur and comprising of SIs
Naresh Sangwan, Sharad Kumar, Rajbir Singh, HCs Virender Singh, Gobind, Yashpal, Sanjay, Ravindra,
and Cts Rajeev Sahrawat and Praveen Kumar was promptly constituted to nab the criminals under close
supervision of ACP Hoshiyar Singh and DCP Bhisham Singh.
The team laid a trap near expected place of arrival of the accused persons. The accused persons
were spotted near Peera Garhi Depot and were successfully apprehended by the police team. They were
identified as Tarush @ Tashu and Sukhwinder @ Sonu. On cursory search, one 7.65 mm sophisticated
pistol loaded with 3 live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the accused Tarush @ Tashu and
subsequently, he was booked under Arms Act.
INTERROGATION & DISCLOSURE:-
On interrogation, both the accused persons confessed their involvement in the
above-mentioned crime. They disclosed the background that in the night of
16.02.2014, accused Tashu was beaten up by the bouncers of the pub while he was
under influence of liquor in a party organized by him in White Walker, West Gate
Mall, Rajouri Garden, on the occasion of birth of his daughter. The victim Pankaj was
also present in White Walker pub and had joined the bouncers of the White Walker
pub in beating accused Tarush @ Tashu. Regarding this incident, Tashu had got
registered a case vide FIR No.165/14 dated 16.02.2014 u/s 341/323/41 IPC at PS
Rajouri Garden against the bouncers.
Later on 01.04.2014, Tashu alongwith his associates Sukhwinder @
Sonu, Raju r/o Raghuvir Nagar, Ajeem r/o Bara Hindu Rao and Tejpal @
Kake planned to teach a lesson to the bouncers of the pub. Under the
influence of liquor and equipped with baseball bats and pistols, they
reached Aqua Lounge Bar, thrashed the bouncer Pankaj Kumar s/o Jai
Bhagwan r/o Panipat, Haryana with baseball bats. They dragged the
bouncer outside the pub where Tashu fired upon him. Bouncer Pankaj
Kumar got severe injuries on his forearms and head, and a bullet injury on
his right leg. After this, the accused persons fled away from the spot and a
case of attempt to murder was registered against them.
PROFILE:-
On sustained interrogation, the accused Tarush @ Tashu disclosed that he hails from Mohalla
Paschim Thok, Ganj Dundwada, District Etah, UP and his real name is Mohd. Tabish. His family is
residing at his native place and his real father Pyare Mian is running a cement shop in the locality. After
completing his studies upto 10th standard in a local school of Ganj Dundwada, Etah, the accused came to
Delhi about 6-7 years back and started residing with his Bua (father’s sister) in Vishnu Garden area. After
some time, he started business of ‘jeans’ from Gandhi Nagar, Delhi area and opened a shop in Raghuvir
Nagar area of West Delhi.
He used to visit the malls and pubs situated in Rajouri Garden area of West Delhi regularly and
during this course, in the year 2010, he came in contact with a girl of village Mundka and solemnised love
marriage with her in April, 2011. Because of this marriage, he was expelled by his family and he now
resides in West Delhi with his wife. During this course, his wife gave birth to two kids and finally, they
started residing with the parents of his wife in Swaran Park, Mundka, Delhi. Since then, he changed his
name to Tarush @ Tashu.
Also, in the case dated 16.02.2014, registered at PS Rajouri Garden against the bouncers of a pub,
the accused had registered his name as Tarush s/o Rajender Lakra r/o H.No.3/34, Swaran Park, Mundka,
New Delhi, as the complainant.
During preliminary interrogation, the accused Tashu revealed his name and address as Tarush s/o
Rajender Lakra r/o H.No.3/34, Swaran Park, Mundka, New Delhi. Only after diligent questioning by Crime
Branch team, he revealed his background and real name/ identity.
The other arrested accused Sukhwinder @ Sonu is residing with his family. He is a dropout from
10th class from a local school in Tilak Nagar. He is a close and old friend of accused Tashu and also used to
visit the pubs regularly with him.
Accused Tashu has further revealed that he had purchased the weapon used in
crime for Rs. 35,000/- from one of his friends who used to meet him regularly in the
pub. Efforts are being made to arrest the remaining absconding accused persons
including the source of illicit weapon. Local police officials of PS Rajouri Garden have
been informed regarding arrest of the accused persons.

INCIDENT & INVESTIGATION: -
In view of recent spate of burglaries in the area of P.S Mianwali
Nagar patrolling teams were formed under supervision of ACP/ Punjabi Bagh and
SHO/Mianwali Nagar. During intervening night of 31.03.2014 and 01.04.2014
while patrolling ASI Satbir Singh alongwith beat staff apprehended two person
roaming in suspicious conditions. During their search house breaking implements
were recovered from them. On further interrogation their identity was established
as Rajesh @ Chaman S/O Gulab R/O W-12/118 T- Huts Camp No.4 Jwalapuri,
Delhi and Sanju S/O Chunnilal R/O C-425 Gali No.8 Mangolpuri, Delhi.
Accordingly, they were arrested in FIR No. 188/14, U/S 457/380/411/34 IPC on
basis of their disclosure statement after completing all formalities and
investigation taken up.
INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI
The above said accused during sustained interrogation disclosed
their involvement alongwith two other person namely Kewal S/O Suraj and Jeete
R/O T Huts Jwalapuri. With their arrest six cases of burglary in grocery shops in
Jwalapuri and one burglary attempt in DSIDC Udhyog Nagar have been solved.
According to them they were all jobless and smack addict to bear the expenditure
of smack and their daily expenses they formed gang. They used to visit their target
during day and then after proper planning used to enter premises after breaking
lock and walk away with booty. The investigation of case is in progress the co
associates have been identified and will be arrested soon.

The staff of police station Nihal Vihar, West District has done
good work by arresting one bootlegger namely Bunty and recovered 15
cartons (total 733 quarters) of illicit liquor from his possession.

INCIDENT
On 3/4/2014 at 1:45 PM Ct. Shukhlal No. 3076/W was on patrolling
duty near Water plant, electric transformer Amar colony, Nangloi, Delhi.
He spotted a person, who was hiding something in the bushes. On
suspicion Ct. Shukhlal No. 3076/W has apprehended the person namely
Bunty. On checking 15 cartons of illicit liquor (for sale in Haryana) were
recovered from his possession. 13 Cartoons containing 650 quarters of
ASLI SANTRA MASALEDAR DESI SARAB FOR SALE IN HARYANA ONLY
and two cartons containing 83 quarters of EPISODE SUPERIOR GRAIN
WHISKY FOR SAIL IN ONLY HARYANA has been seized in the case FIR
No. 234/14 , Dated 3/4/2014, u/s 33 Delhi Excise Act at PS Nihal Vihar and
accused arrested.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation accused Bunty disclosed that he
procured the illicit liquor from Haryana through Tikri Border for sell them in
Delhi on higher rates.
The Police personnel involved in good work are being rewarded
suitably.

A secret information was received by PO Staff of PS Paschim Vihar that
P.O. namely Rajesh @ Raje Bhati S/O Har Dutt Sharma R/O VPO Kannoda, Distt
Jhajjar, Haryana who was declared PO FIR No. 554/2000 U/S
186/353/332/411/34 IPC & 25,27 A. Act P.S. Rohini (South) Delhi, declared P.O.
by the court of Sh. Dharmender Singh, MM, Rohini, Delhi on 11-9-13 is coming at
Tikri Border, Delhi. The team comprising SI Joginder ASI Satbir ASI Rajesh & HC
Rajender arrested the P.O. Rajesh @ Raje infront of Tikri Border, Delhi. The
team has arrested 59 P.O.’s during the current year (3 months) by showing
dedication/devotion in discharging their official duties. The team had also made a
record of arresting 217 P.O.’s in the last year.

A GANG OF DESPERATE ROBBERS ARRESTED
The staff of PS Tilak Nagar, West District has arrested two
desperate robbers namely Devender Sahu and Santosh and one
country made pistol, one toy pistol, two live cartridges, one button
actuated Knife & one Dagger have been recovered from their
possession.
NAME & PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED
1. Devender Sahu S/o Ramakant Sahu R/o VPO-Murechi, Distt.-Eta,
UP. Age-20 years. He is staying at the residence of one of his
relatives in Chaukhandi who is having a tea stall. Presently, he is
working at a Halwai shop in Choukhandi. He came to Delhi six years
ago and studied up to seventh Class. He came in to contact of one of
his associates who is also his relative and provided him weapon.
2. Santosh S/o Suresh R/o Vill-Mesavali PS-Souro, Distt- Kasganj, UP.
Age-22 years. He is presently staying in Sangam Vihar and was
working as Electrician. He came to Delhi 2 &1/2 yrs ago. He came in
contact with his associate Devender in the area of Sangam Vihar to
where Devender used to go to meet his relative.

INCIDENT,TEAM AND ARREST
On 3/4/2014, at 8.32PM a PCR call was received in PS- Tilak
Nagar vide DD No-28A that robbers have entered in a house. The
local police comprising ASI Mangu Lal ,HC Deep Chand No. 89/W, HC
Jai Bhagwan No. 1059/W, Ct Naresh No. 2190/W, Ct Mahender No.
861/W and Inspr. Jitender Malik, SHO/Tilak Nagar immediately
rushed to the place of occurrence i.e. B-592-593, DDA Flat,
Chaukhandi, Tilak Nagar, Delhi where local residents handed over
two accused persons to the police. The statement of the complainant
Smt. Ekta Batra w/o Sh. Umesh Kumar Batra R/o B-592-593, DDA
Flat, Chaukhandi, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi was recorded who stated
that she is staying at the above mentioned address along with her
family, at about 8:15 PM she noticed that one person was trying to
enter her house by opening the gate. When she questioned him, he
pushed her inside and forcibly entered her house. Three more
persons followed him. They immediately took out their weapons and
threatened her to handover whatever is present in the house. She
snatched the weapon from one of the accused and raised an alarm.
She also pushed him behind as a result of which he fell down in the
stairs. The neighbor responded promptly and succeeded in
apprehending two accused persons namely Devender Sahu S/o Rama
Kant and Santosh S/o Suresh while they were trying to flee in the
street. In the meantime, remaining two accused manage to escape.
Consequently, a case vide FIR No-374/14 dated-3/4/14 U/s452/393/398/34 IPC PS- Tilak Nagar, was registered on her
statement and investigation taken up.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation, the accused were identified as
Devender Sahu S/o Rama Kant Sahu R/o VPO- Murechi, Distt.- Eta,
UP and Santosh S/o Suresh R/o VPO- Mesavali, PS-Souro, Distt.
Kasganj, UP and one country made pistol, one toy pistol, two live
cartridges, one button actuated Knife & one Dagger have been
recovered from their possession. The brave lady had snatched the
pistol from accused Devender Shahu. They disclosed that due to poor
economical family background, they left their schooling right from
childhood and got in contact with bad elements and started
committing crime. The absconding accuseds have been identified as
Mukesh and Shivam. Teams have already been constituted for the
arrest of remaining accused. Further investigation is on to ascertain
the source of supply of weapon.

Business Administrator from IMT Ghaziabad, in Connection with case FIR No. 21/12 PS EOW, u/s
406/420/120-B IPC registered in respect of project launched by Advantage Engineers and
Development Pvt. Ltd., namely “Shivkala Glamour City, Faridabad, Haryana. A Large number of
general public invested (APPROXIMATELY 200 INVESTORS) in the said project. They
alleged that the company/firm in connivance with other Directors and other person cheated the
general public on pretext of the pre-launch project. The alleged company/firm has not delivered the
flats as promised to be delivered by the end of December, 2010.
The complainant reported that the alleged firm/company M/s Advantage Engineers
and Developers Pvt. Ltd. presented a rosy picture and allured him to invest in the project named as
SHIVKALA GLAMOUR CITY which was to come up at Sector-49, Faridabad, Haryana. The complainants
were told by the alleged that the construction work shall start by May 2007. The accused persons
entered into agreement with the investors/complainants and collected huge money as booking
amount. At the time of entering into the agreement for booking of plots/flats the alleged company
was not having valid license, NOC, permission by the Director, Town and country planning Haryana.
Further the accused persons entered into an agreement to sell for the same property with one M/s
Dream Town Properties Ltd. Thus the accused persons neither returned the booking amount nor
started the said project
The account opening form of aforesaid company revealed that accused Asit Mitttal
and Mahim Mittal both S/o K.C. Mittal are the authorized persons on behalf of the company and all
the cheques were found credited in the account of the company in which they are signatories.
Accused Asit Mittal was not arrested in any cases earlier. He has also been found
involved in following cases:-

Desperate Credit Card cloners arrested
With the arrest of three desperate criminals involved in cloning of Credit Card to cheat
several persons, the police staff of Police Station Barakhamba Road, New Delhi District has busted a gang of
cheats and recovered the machine being used for cloning of credit cards, laptop and vehicle used by them.
Information
On 31.03.2014, a secret information was received by HC Girish Tyagi No. 177/ND of Police
Station Barakhamba Road, that some persons who used to clone credit card are in the area of Connaught
Place and they are searching for Credit Cards swapping machine of any business outlet to use cloned credit
cards. Their target was to withdraw money from the accounts of unknown foreign nationals with the help of
cloned credit cards, where in the information of actual credit card are embedded. Immediately the information
was shared by Inspr. Swedesh Prakash, SHO/B K Road with senior officers of New Delhi District and raiding
party under the supervision of Sh. Pawan Kumar, ACP/ Connaught Place and the leadership of Inspr.
Swadesh Prakash, SHO/B K Road alongwith SI Rajesh Kumar No. D/4938, HC Girish Tyagi No. 177/ND, HC
Ramphool No. 116/ND, Ct Anil No. 747/ND was constituted under.
Modus Operendi
The modus operandi of arrested persons was to buy data from hackers through net and then
download it onto the laptop. After this, they used to connect MSR with laptop and with particular software,
they used to transfer data into MSR. And after transferring the data they used to clone it on the credit cards.
Thereafter, they used to swipe it off on swapping machine and transfer the money in the account of the owner
of the machine and used to share it 50/50 % or 70/30 % basis.
Team Operation and arrest
The criminals were contacted through secret informer and were called at Check-Inn Hotel
Babar Road, New Delhi. Where, as per the prior briefing the Hotel staff allowed the criminal namely Raj
Kumar s/o Shri Bhikam Singh r/o 38/D, Puspanjali Colony, Sevla Sarai, Gwalior Road, Agra, UP to swipe the
cloned credit card. The accused Raj Kumar swiped the cloned credit card and a transaction was effected. The
accused was asked to come again on the pretext of distribution of money, to which accused Raj Kumar came
in front of Check-Inn Hotel on 02.04.14 along with his two associates namely Vishal Singh @ Baba s/o Sh.
Hazari Lal Singh r/o 62 A, Dashrat Kunj, Arjun Nagar, Agra, UP & Ankur Sharm s/o Sh. Shyam Sunder
Sharma r/o C-17, Savan Park, Ashok Vihar, Phase – III, Delhi. They were carrying a laptop, card cloning
machine/ Magnetic Strip Reader in a Swift Car. The criminals operated their machines the
making of the clone credit card. Vishal Singh provides the data of foreign nationals. Vishal Singh and Ankur
Sharma are in touch with Nigerians in the commissions of the offence. The criminals were nabbed swiftly
along with the laptop, credit card clone machine, cloned credit cards.
Profile of the accused
1. Raj Kumar s/o Shri Bhikam Singh r/o 38/D, Puspanjali Colony, Sevla Sarai, Gwalior Road,
Agra, UP. Accused Raj Kumar ran a home furnishing shop at TDI Mall. He is a matriculate.
2. Vishal Singh @ Baba s/o Sh Hazari Lal Singh r/o 62 A, Dashrat Kunj, Arjun Nagar, Agra, UP.
Accused Vishal Singh was arrested by Agra Police in case FIR NO. 580/08 at 21.09.08 u/s
420/467/468/471 IPC and 43/65/66 IT Act, PS Sadar, Agra, UP, where he has involved in case of
the same modus operandi. He was a Taxi Driver and a customer taught him how to clone credit
cards. He studied up to 8th standard.
3. Ankur Sharma s/o Sh Shyam Sunder Sharma r/o C-17, Savan Park, Ashok Vihar, Phase- III,
Delhi. Accused Ankur Sharma is in the business of Tour and Travels. He studied up to 12 thstandard.
